## What is チップスマネージャー：いざ！にそなえる防災＆コミュニケーションツール?

このアプリは、他者とのコミュニケーションが難しい、発達障がいや知的障がいのある児童生徒を対象とした意思表示ツール『チップス』（別アプリ）の設定用アプリです。
保護者が一人ひとりに対応した内容にカスタマイズ出来ます。意思表示だけでなく、メッセージ機能、自己情報、連絡先、避難場所を設定することが出来ます。

チップスとの連携には、Microsoft社のクラウドストレージサービスOneDriveを使用しています。主な連携データは下記の通りです。
　・GPS（位置）情報
　・ジャイロ情報
　・バッテリー残量情報

【パステルハートプロジェクトについて】
女子美術大学が、文部科学省「学習上の支援機器等教材研究開発支援事業」の委託を受け、取り組んでいます。 主に自閉症などの発達障がいや知的障がいのある児童生徒を対象とした、学校や家庭、地域で活用できる防災教育ツール、ならびに今回の東日本大震災での教訓から必要と考えられる災害時の保護者、支援者らとのコミュニケーションツールとしてのICT機器アプリケーション開発を行っています。
