### 1/5 — 有料版にしたらデータ消える

画像を追加して仕入れ日や仕入れ金額を入力して登録するも、80%くらいが画像未登録となる。あれ？追加し忘れた？？と思いつつも、8割も登録忘れるわけもないよな…でも無いから仕方ないな…と思い、画像を追加して保存したら、今度は商品名と仕入れ額が消え、画像は追加されてるけど商品名は「未設定」……。
本当に勘弁してほしい…
訂正箇所以外も全て確認の上で保存しないとデータ消えます…すごく作業効率落ちて最悪。有料版になってからです。
改善されないなら、新しいアプリ探さなきゃと思うと頭が痛い…

### 1/5 — 同期不具合によるデータ消失と、あまりに遅いサポート対応

5年ほど使ってましたが、同期不具合により最新データが消えました。2台で使っていましたが、先祖返りで古い内容で上書きされてしました。3/6にサポートに連絡しましたが、返信が来ず、追加でどうなっているのか元に戻せないのか連絡が欲しいとサポートに連絡しました。もう諦めて、別の管理方法に以降を決めた後、返信が来たのが3/14でした。物販ビジネスにおいて、売上管理が1週間以上止まることは致命的です。サブスクも解約しました。複数端末での同期を検討されている方は、データの消失リスクとサポートの遅さを考慮されることをお勧めします。

満足していますが、ひとつだけ直してほしいです。
ジャンルなど追加した項目を削除できるようにしてほしいです。
元々ある項目も削除できると使うジャンルだけになり使いやすくなります。

出品日、発送日、取引き完了日をステータス(出品前や取引き完了)に連動して自動で変わる様にしてほしいです。
あと種類を消去する機能が欲しいです。

iPhoneのパスコードでロックが解除できるのはありがたいですが、Face IDを使えるようにしてもらえるともう少し良いアプリになると思います。よろしくお願いします。

データがいくつか消えているのと、新しく登録をしようとしてサムネイル写真を選ぶのに、最近の項目，ビデオ、お気に入りしかなく、全体の写真が表示されず、写真が選べません。どうすればいいか教えてください。

上記、再起動をしたら、全体の写真を表示するというのが出てきて、入力できたのですが、続けて入力しようとしたら、また最近の写真しか選べなくなりました。
1つ登録するごとに再起動してられないので、全体の写真を表示するというのを、常に表示させる事は出来ませんか？

ひとつ星がマイナスなのは、トータルで見た時に送料と手数料が合算されており、送料だけ知ることができないところです。

アプリを開いてもすぐに落ちてしまいます。
一瞬使える時もあったのですがここ数日はまったく使えない状態です
5年以上使っていますがこういうことは初めてで途方に暮れています

助かってます！が！ 例えば商品が50個あるとして目的のアイテムが30行目にあったとして、そのアイテムを編集して戻るを押すと1行目に戻るのですごく見づらい、そこだけですね。
