『台中市智慧醫療服務』為見性基金會委託淡江大學進行的智慧醫療研究計畫，祈以此示範系統的展示，獲取台中民眾對智慧醫療政策的支持與意見，目前示範系統僅統合台中榮民總醫院與中山醫學院附設醫院(大慶院區與中興院區)的行動掛號與看診進度服務，未來計畫如見諸執行，祈能整合更多的大台中地區醫療資源，提供台中民眾更便利、適用的醫療服務。
