인증된 기기 아니라고 자꾸로그인 실패해요. 앱삭제하고 계속 다시 깔아야 하는 불편함.. 이미 1년전에도 이런문제 있었는데 개선좀 해주세요

핸드폰사고 어플리뷰를 처음 써봅니다..이미 여러군데 리뷰에서 오류가 많다고 봐서 알고는 있었지만 이정도 일 줄은 몰랐네요 어플 사용한지 3달만에 인증되지않은 사용자라고 깔았다 지웠다를 10번넘게 했어요^^ 그렇다고 어플이 엄청 좋은것도 아니고 타병원에 비해 너무 비루하기 짝이없어 아쉬운게 많습니다. 개선이 필요해보여요.

잘 되다가 어느순간 인증이 안된 사용자란 얘기가 자꾸나와요 그럼 또 앱 삭제하고 다시 다운로드 받으면 또 잘되고

가끔 오류가 떠서 삭제 후 다시 다운로드합니다. 병원에 물어보니 다시 깔으라고 바로 설명해주십니다. 이런 질문이 한두번 아니라는거죠. 이거를 여러번째 하고있는데, 메이저병원들은 다 어플쓰는데, 마리아는 메이저 아닌가요..? 시대에 따라 가야하지 않나요. 얼른 개선 해주세요!!!

이 정도면 쓰지말라고 만든 어플이지싶어요. 이 정도 규모의 메이저 병원에서 이런 허접하게 관리 되는 앱을 만들었다니 너무 실망스럽네요. 로그인 인증 오류로 주기적으로 앱 자체를 삭제했다 다시 깔기를 반복해야하는데 이건 뭐 앱 만들라고 업체 시켜 허접하게 만들어놓고 관리는 하는지 안 하는지 신경 쓰지 않는거죠. 어플 만든 업체가 어딘지 모르겠지만 돈 받고 이런 식으로 일을 했다면 업체를 폐업해야 맞지 않나요? 로그인 인증은 앱 활용의 기본 중 기본인데 그런 능력조차 안 되는데 입찰을 넣은건지, 이 정도면 정말이지 아는 사람 업체 꽂아 돈만 해먹은건지… 뭐가 됐든 마리아병원의 대처는 정말 실망스럽네요.

다닌지 3년이 되어가는데 가뜩이나 진행상황에 예민한 사람들인데 장난하는것도 아니고 앱삭제를 몇번이나 하게 하는거냐구요. 이러니까 차**과 이런데서 차이나는 거라구요. 한두명이 컴플레인 거는것도 아닌데 귀닫고 눈 엄청 오래닫네요. 마리아 내에서도 불만제기하래서 열심히 써놨는데 참.. 별 한개도 모라자네요. 불안해서 뭘 이용할수가없어!!
(혹시나해서 잠깨 새벽에도 들어와봤는데 답없네..별개 다 속썩여ㅋ)
