## What is 儿童武术入门?

幼儿武术APP是根据幼儿的心理、生理和年龄特点，在吸取中国武术各拳种套路之长的基础上形成的，是以幼儿长拳、象形拳、人物拳、传统拳和武术音乐操等诸拳操为运动表现形式，注重培养幼儿对学习武术的兴趣，增强幼儿体质，促进幼儿身心健康全面发展的中国民族传统体育项目。

4岁以后，孩子身体的协调性和柔韧性等能力发展较快，这时就可以开始学习武术。不少家长让孩子学习武术，是为了提高孩子的自我防护的能力，增强体质，少得病。其实，孩子学习武术还有更多好处：能培养正确的身体姿势，提高速度、协调、灵敏、力量、柔韧等素质，发展时空知觉和节奏知觉。

初级阶段——少儿武术基本功、基本拳法、腿法、步法、柔韧性、灵敏度、协调性等国家规定五步拳、十步拳、少年八步连环拳、初级刀、剑、枪、棍、侧手翻
中级阶段——武术腾空基本功、腾空飞脚、旋风脚、旋子、侧空翻、武术造型国家规定拳、少林拳、少林罗汉十八手对打、国家规定刀术训练、棍、枪、剑
高级阶段——前后空翻特技、武术对练、影视特技、十八般兵器、国家规定套路、国际竞赛套路、传统民间套路、霍元甲谜踪拳、鹰爪拳、螳螂拳、蛇拳、猴拳、南拳、形意拳、八卦掌、少林拳
