作为房客来说，当然希望可以定到价格合适的优质房源。我同时有使用爱彼迎，就个人的使用经验来说，爱彼迎的房源价格相对高些但房源质量好些；美团的房源价格偏低，选择很多但是真的很难把握房源的质量，一不小心就很容易踩坑。还有订房的时候，除了看房东的房源描述，最重要可以作为参考依据的就是房客的评价。但是不知道是平台的设置本就如此，还是房东设置的，房源评价全都把好评放前面，要往下翻很久才能看到带有一些问题反馈的评价。说实话这对房客来说是不太公平的。既然房源存在一定问题并且有房客住过之后在评价里反馈了，为什么就要把这些看似不完美的评价放在那么后面呢？就拿我自己亲身经历来说，之前住了一个民宿，我在在评论里写总体不错，同时反馈了卫生间排水不好容易积水的问题以及卫生条件一般，根据个人感觉给该房源评了四星。时隔两个月我要出行要订房，打开列表又看到那个房源就看了看，发现我的评价在非常后面。100条评价大概翻了5.60条才看到有反馈问题没有评5星的评价。前面的评价清一色是全5星好评。这也太…无语了。建议出按时间查看评价、按评分查看评价的功能。如果不能把房源的好坏同时告知房客，那起码给房客提供一个方便做参考选择。可以把好的评价放前面，也可以让房客快速看到房源不足的部分。就好像淘宝评价那样，可以选择好评、中差评来查看评价，给房客一个更全面的参考。

这个软件不好用老出错。才下了第一单，软件就搞错订单信息！客服态度 跟 滴滴打车软件/罗杰斯手机客服差不多，特别特别差，连普通话都讲不好还对我指桑骂槐的！客服懒得报修，就污蔑我说是我自己操作有误！我都有截屏的明明是他们软件出错太多！切，民宿软件多了去了，你还以为还就你一家啊？我去用其他软件订了！同时我也会跟房东反映，劝说他们去其他软件！
