本来打算买个猫粮因为有活动 头天晚上买的时候还有货 预约早上九点 八点多给我打电话说没货退款 我之前充的卡就用不了了 因为我寄的是我老家 我就没买过大润发的东西 我就申请退款 但是客服以 已使用过不给退款 告诉我不可以退款 这不明显强买强卖吗？第一我要买的东西在买的时候显示有货导致我充卡下单 结果就是没货 第二现在是活动期 即使有货价格也不一样 第三解决方案是一个月内如果有货给我相同价格 但是如果没有货呢 不是我的问题却要我承担后果 那么如果大润发所有物品都缺货 那买卡的人的钱不就臭在里面了？这种嘴脸真的让人恶心 不给退还要强调是因为使用不给退 系统无法改 系统是人做的吧？人是活的吧？难怪这种破超市只有我小时候见过 长大后在城区就没见过 身边也没人买过 早该倒闭
