## What is 掌上支部纪实平台?

1、用于APP用户使用移动端进行工作纪实相关的操作；
2、移动纪实：包括定点纪实和非定点纪实两种方式，通过后端用户权限配置；定点纪实只能在指定地点有限签到范围内进行纪实；非定点纪实可随时随地发起纪实；
3、会议学习：通过后台管理员发布会议，设置参考人员、记录人员，移动端用户通过此模块进行会议签到，查看会议资料、会议数据等；
4、自主学习：用户自己发起自主学习，填写学习主题、学习内容，上传学习现场照片，填写学习心得；
5、党员先锋：记录党员先锋事迹，包括人物、时间、地点、时间等内容；
6、党建沙龙：发布党建相关话题，其他用户可回复、点赞；
7、数据：可查看用户当前或历史的积分情况；
