お知らせの通知は来るもの、アプリを開いても該当のお知らせが閲覧できません。
現時点でホームには「令和7年度保育所入所案内について」が表示されていますが、クリックしても真っ白な画面が表示される状態が4ヶ月以上。
結局、自分で市役所のwebページを検索しているのでLINEでお知らせ通知してもらうだけでいいのかな…と思ってしまいます。

・支援センターが無い日に記載
・支援センターが有る日に記載無し
・イベント情報の更新が遅い
  ３月４日時点で３月１日から６日の予定が全て記載されていない

お陰様で何度か支援センターが無い日に出向いたり、逆にあるのに行かなかった等、、、。
最悪です。
中途半端に適当なアプリなんか作らないでください。迷惑です。

長岡京市の保育園に子供を通わせている保護者です。元々園にあった便利な連絡ツールが廃止され、市の方針で強制的にこの使えないアプリが導入されました。
今までメールで出来ていた欠席や遅刻の連絡が、園へ直接電話するはめになり、園からの緊急の連絡もこの使えないアプリの掲示板をわざわざ見に行かなければなりません。
掲示板も更新の通知がないため、有事の際は逐一確認しないといけない始末。
何一つ子育て支援になっていません。
一度ユーザーへ満足度調査をされたらどうでしょうか？早期の改善を求めます。
