이사하면서 추가 비용에 대한 안내가 따로 없어서 결국 당일에 추가 비용 내고 청소 진행하게 됐습니다. (청소연구소 어플 내에 안내에서도 따로 안내가 없었던 걸로 기억합니다.) 이 부분에 대한 피드백이 필요하겠다 싶어서 리뷰에 남겨놓고 제 나름대로 별점을 메겼는데, 업체에서 전화와서 리뷰를 좀 내려달라고 하시네요. 해당 별점이면 이 플랫폼에서 영업이 불가능하시다고.. 저는 제가 느낀대로 리뷰를 남겼을 뿐인데, 제 집주소도 이미 업체에 노출된 상황에서 혹시나 피해가 올까 싶어 그냥 요청대로 리뷰를 내렸습니다. 이게 올바른 상황이 맞나요? 이렇게 업체로부터 연락을 받고 리뷰를 내리게 되면 리뷰시스템이 무슨 의미인지 싶고요. 그렇다고 저 업체분들은 또 생계가 달려있으니, 리뷰를 내려드리지 않으면 무슨 일이 생길지 모를지 불안하고.. 아무튼 뭔가 대처가 별로 마음에 들지 않네요. 다른 어플도 이렇게 대처하는 건지.. 잘 모르겠지만 아무튼 이 어플은 앞으로 안쓰려고요. 현재의 저로선 무슨 장점이 있는 건지 잘 모르겠네요.

리뷰릉 작성하는게 처음인데 처음 1회 청소받고 우리집이 이렇게 깔끔해질 수 있구나 감동받았고요 역시 뭐든 전문가에게 맡겨야겠구나 생각이 들었어요 항산 돼지우리처럼 살았는데 새집이 된 것 같은 기분에 너무 설레면서 집에 들어왔고요 결국 중독이 되어 또 예약하려고 해요.. 너무 좋아요 제 인생은 청소연구소를 알게 된 전과 후로 나뉘어요
