Even if the study method isn’t fun, it should at least be easy to use, but everything I try either crashes or glitches. On top of that, the translations are often completely wrong. I paid for this app, but I’m getting more and more frustrated and don’t even want to use it anymore. I think this is the fifth time I’ve submitted feedback since the beginning of the year, and yet there’s been zero improvement. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. The free trial was ridiculously short and stingy. When I contacted support, they said I could use it for a week — but that wasn’t the case for me. Even when I explained, their response felt like it was written by a bot. Wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.
