I used this app earlier. For the last couple of months it stopped responding. I tried with both iOS and android devices. Customer support is useless as they never responded to any inquiries.

As you’re selling it in the U.K. then you ought to have an English version that people can understand. Please create an English language version with email sign-in. Returning the product as this app is not working and useless for remote access.

First it’s unable to register account through the app login page, once key in overseas phone number it’s crashed and wipe out everything. 
Second but most important, somehow I can see other local users webcam feed in my app, without login! I really concern this issue and why Apple allowed this app to be released. This is totally serious privacy issue.

Most menus and options are in Chinese. For those of us that can only speak, read and write in English there are some of the basic features in English but it is very bad grammatically. 

I would love to help the developer in the English translation of his/her app if they would like assistance.

Then can possibly have a language select menu instead....

Hi as I only speak English this is its only drawback. Otherwise it’s great. 
If someone could tell me how to use the custom setting? And when feeding fish cancel or determine comes up, what does determine meant to mean??? 
Also can I stop the all choices of 8, 12 or 24 auto feeds? So I can just feed when I desire it. So as you can see is hard to use functions when translation is poor or nonexistent. A good English translation would be good as a lot of your products are sold here in Australia. Is it main drawback to what otherwise is a great product.
