本App不支持iOS14桌面小组件!仅支持负一屏小组件!
在以周或周以上的时间为单位时, 记录哪一天健身, 哪一天加班, 哪一天请假, 或者其他的事情, 都可以用[快记]来快速记录在日历上!仅需3步!
1.点亮手机屏幕(或抬手亮屏),
2.左滑进入负一屏小组件页面, 
3.在负一屏小组件日历上添加标记.
注: 需要提前在负一屏添加快记的小组件才行!详细使用说明请查看App设置界面.
