目前在这个平台的客人出现大量的恶意差评来蹭单问题出现，给了差评后，很多技师为了平息差评跟客户商量退单删差评的问题出现技师又不愿意吃差评只能妥协退款，造成技师经济损失为了不想差评，希望平台可以有三次挽回机制，证明客人是故意差评的

打电话必须要本人身份证注册，打过去又是虚拟号，经常发生打不通电话，然后客户那里显示响一声就挂了电话的状态，客户给技师打电话，接不到电话，也没来电提醒，找客服问原因，说是我手机问题，真是离谱，今年才买的半年不到的16promax，说我手机有问题，还有客户下完单，过了五分钟说太晚又退款，还有一个问我有没有rush，我说没有，挂了电话马上退款，退款率还算我们技师的，影响接单，评分就是上不去，我介绍的技师去考试，让他下载我发的二维码，结果还是被商家搞走了，我没有拿到提成
