As I try to share files with my clients, they asked me to validate my info before sharing files externally, and that has to be done in this app. However, I couldn’t even log on to my account using this app, as it apparently does not recognize any account name using an overseas phone format nor an email address. Seems to be a common problem for Chinese apps that they are not friendly and sometimes even negligent of overseas users. Please think about this issue and help our overseas users to use it properly, and that would be a very helpful way to expand your reputation and influence.
