订单日期是不是能让人手动修改。因为有时集中起来一起入单，如果刚好卡在月初的时候入单，明明是前一个月的，却不能手动改到前一个月。
另外“付收运费”，“上下优惠”能不能可以输入带小数点的数字呢？？
