石医生为患者提供了图文、语音等多种方式进行健康咨询和药品信息咨询，平台邀请国内著名三甲医院教授级别泌尿结石专科医生为患者服务。患者可通过手机APP随时、随地向在线医生发起咨询，也可预约签约医生线下门诊服务。医生可以最大限度利用碎片时间，为更多患者在线服务；也可在门诊和患者面对面直接沟通，建立有良好信任的医患关系。患者还可以通过微信服务号了解疾病相关知识和国内外泌尿结石治疗最新进展，还可以通过微信服务号查阅医生专业情况，自主选择医生，并预约线下门诊。
