## What is شرح السنن الأربعة?

السنن الأربعة أو كتب السنن هو مصطلح يُطلق على أربعة من كتب الحديث والتي بالإضافة لصحيح البخاري وصحيح مسلم تعتبر من أمّهات كتب الحديث النبوي عند أهل السنة والجماعة.
وهذه الكتب هي:
سنن النسائي
سنن أبو داود
سنن الترمذي
سنن ابن ماجه


فسوف نعطيك تعريفا عن كل واحد من الأئمة أصحاب السنن الذين سألت عنهم. ثم تعريفا عن كتاب كل إمام.

تعريف بالإمام أبي داود: هو سليمان بن الأشعث السجستاني المولود سنة 202هـ تلقى العلم على كثير من علماء الحديث، ورحل في طلبه إلى كثير من البلاد الإسلامية، حتى صار إماما من أئمة الحديث في عصره، وتوفي – رحمه الله – سنة 275هـ بالبصرة.

 سنن أبي داود: اعتنى أبو داود بأحاديث الأحكام خاصة وانتقى كتابه من خمسمائة ألف حديث واشتمل على أربعة آلاف حديث من أحاديث الأحكام خاصة، لذلك فهو مرجع للفقهاء في أحاديث الأحكام. وهذا الكتاب هو أول السنن الأربعة وأقدمها منزلة بعد الصحيحين. قال أبو داود: " قد ذكرت فيه الصحيح وما يقاربه وما كان فيه وهن شديد بيَّنتُه وليس في كتابي هذا الذي صنَّفتُه عن رجل متروك الحديث شيء". ولكن مع هذا فهو لا ينص على صحة الحديث ولا ضعفه، فيسكت عنه. وما سكت عنه في منهجه صالح للاحتجاج به ولكن العلماء تتبعوا أحاديث السنن ودققوا فيها وحكموا عليها.

تعريف بالإمام الترمذي: هو الحافظ أبو عيسى محمد الترمذي، ولد سنة 209هـ بترمذ، وكان ورعا تقيًا ثقة، روى عن البخاري، وصار إمامًا من أئمة الحديث، توفي –رحمه الله- سنة 279هـ

جامع الترمذي: ويسمى سنن الترمذي، ويُعتبَر في المرتبة الثانية بعد سنن أبي داود. التزم فيه الترمذي بأن لا يخرج إلا حديثا عمل به فقيه أو احتج به مجتهد. ولم يلتزم الترمذي بإخراج الصحيح فقط ولكنه أخرج الصحيح ونص على صحته وأخرج الحسن وبينه ونوه به وأكثر من ذكره وهو الذي شهره، وأخرج الحسن الصحيح.

ويعتبَر كتاب الترمذي من مظان الحديث الحسن. وأخرج أيضا الضعيف ونص على ضعفه وأبان علته وأخرج بعض الأحاديث المنكرة في باب الفضائل ونبَّه عليها غالباً.

وقد تميز كتابه بالاستدلالات الفقهية واستنباط الأحكام من الأحاديث وبيان من أخذ بها أو عمل بها من الصحابة والتابعين والأئمة المجتهدين من فقهاء الأمصار. وقد تضمن كتابه أيضا كتابا آخر سماه " العلل"، كشف فيه علل بعض الأحاديث وبذلك يكون جامع الترمذي قد تضمَّن فوائد كثيرة.

تعريفه بالإمام النسائي: هو أبو عبد الرحمن أحمد بن شعيب الخراساني، ولد سنة 215هـ، وكان إمام عصره في علوم الحديث، وقدوتهم في معرفة الجرح والتعديل، توفي – رحمه الله- سنة 303هـ.

سنن النَّسائي: صنَّف النسائي "سننه الكبرى" التي تُعتبَر أقل الكتب - بعد الصحيحين - حديثا ضعيفا ورَجُلاً مجروحا، ثم استخلص منه "السنن الصغرى" وتسمى " المجتبى" وهذا الكتاب هو أقل السنن حديثاً ضعيفاً وعدد أحاديثه 5761 حديثاً.

تعريف بالإمام ابن ماجه: هو أبو عبد الله محمد بن ماجه القزويني، ولد سنة 207هـ، وسمع الحديث من علماء كثيرين منهم أصحاب الإمام مالك، والليث بن سعد وغيرهم، وروى عنه الكثيرون، وقال عنه ابن كثير: صاحب كتاب السنن المشهورة، وهي دالة على علمه وتبحره واطلاعه واتباعه للسنة في الأصول والفروع، وتوفي – رحمه الله- سنة 273هـ.

سنن ابن ماجه: يُعتبَر هذا الكتاب أدنى الكتب الستة في الرتبة. رتب ابن ماجه الأحاديث فيه على أبواب الفقه شأنها شأن السنن الأخرى. جمع فيه 4341 حديثاً منها 3002 حديثاً أخرجها أصحاب الكتب الخمسة و 1339 حديثاً زائداً عن الكتب الخمسة، منها 428 حديثاً صحيح الإسناد و613 حديثاً ضعيفاً والباقي 99 حديثاً ما بين واهٍ أو منكر أو موضوع.
