## What is 军采通?

「军采通」是全军武器装备采购网的安全即时通信平台，支持国产硬件平台和私有化部署，面向互联网提供服务，为采购网供需双方用户提供信息发布、咨询建议、需求对接、产品自荐等业务办理和互动交流功能。
由于系统构建在公共互联网络基础之上，该系统必须具备极强的保密性能和抗攻击能力，所有数据需要经过国家商用密码算法的高强度加密，以抵御外部黑客和第三方组织恶意攻击。同时，为满足供需双方对信息传播的管控需求，系统需要提供完善的信息管控和防泄露能力，如存储加密、消息回执、阅后即焚、远程销毁、消息防截屏、群聊水印、一次性绝密聊天等安全特性。
配合新版全军武器装备采购网网站上线，「军采通」发布全新版本，提供如下功能：
【即时通信功能】
提供用户注册、登录、好友管理、群组管理、一对一单聊、群组聊天、频道资讯等即时通信和社交功能。
【采购网业务功能】
- 内嵌采购网微网站，方便用户查阅要闻动态、通知公告、采购公告、采购需求、预研指南、通用装备、法规标准、装备市场准入、服务指南等栏目板块。
- 提供了采购网业务办理流程相关的各类功能，如在线咨询、需求对接、产品自荐、产品征集、咨询建议、质疑投诉、部长信箱、发布管理、 收藏关注等。
- 支持数字软证书，用户可在 App 申请数字证书，使用证书登录认证，安全可信的访问和使用各类认证用户的功能权限。
- 除老版本即时通信用户之外，新版采购网网站的个人用户、企事业单位注册用户/认证用户、军队用户、军工集团用户、专项用户、专家用户均可登录使用军采通。
