사용자를 전혀 고려하지 않은 사용하기 굉장히 불편한 비직관적인 구성과 접근성.
예전에 처음 출시한 (구)커피빈카드 app.이 휠씬 좋았음. 
잘 못 만들겠으면, 미국 커피빈 본사 앱 디자인과 UI라도 베끼던가 해라.

명칭도 아이콘도 예전에 비해 개선되기는커녕 짝퉁 쇼핑몰 느낌이 물씬. 예전 앱에서 계속 업데이트를 강요하며 계정 로그인도 되지 않았는데 업데이트가 링크 되지 않아 한동안 매장에 가지도 못 했습니다. 이 흉물스러운 앱을 얼른 지울 수 있도록 적립금 소진될 때까지 커피 인심 많이 쓸 계획입니다.
