## What is 地灾智防?

系统设计实现群测群防、灾险情速报、地灾防治、地灾巡查、应急预案等功能模块，提供地质灾害应急、临灾应急决策过程所需的监控视频、水雨情、台风路径等应急现场资料，辅助应急会商专家和领导快速准确的做出临灾处置决策，从而达到制定临灾处置决策及进行临灾指挥迅速准确的目的，最大限度的减少人员伤亡和财产损失。
