北京信访是群众的一个信访小助手，群众可通过手机快捷的进行信访动态了解，写信、查信、评价。具体功能如下：

1）消息：提供信访动态、政策法规、信访指南等的查阅、查看功能，便于群众了解北京市信访工作动态等相关内容。
2）案例：提供典型案例查阅功能，便于群众了解信访范围和程序。
3）信访：提供群众写信、查信、查询办理进度、查询办理结果、进行满意度评价等一系列信访相关功能。
