基于以上,通常本软件的使用范围应当为赤道以北,中央经线以东,否则对应数值为负数并且有可能出现错误.

坐标点与实际上图有偏移，用arc gis是
xian_1980_3_degree_gk_zone_37
现在偏移130左右
