我承认课程不错，很有意思，但是平时分设置实在让人难以理解。讲真的，我是上完所有视频课并且完成所有测试后就以为可以结束了，结果今天突然就结课了，一查成绩，平时分还包括了课程学习时长和评论？我真的感到搞笑！首先学习时长，每个人的学习时长都不一样，有的人就是学的比较快，你不到时长还要扣分？评论更搞笑，我还要去苦心经营一个课程的评论，才能拿到分，这真的有必要吗？我真的无语。

我觉得挺好用的,可以预习的时候先看一遍或者上课没听懂的话下来再看相应的章节,用起来感觉非常好,老师讲的自己也可以跟上节奏,而且还有可以选择哪个学校的课,像我是学电气工程的,平时专业课真的挺难的,但是只要及时跟进内容,多学习,还是能听得懂的,对于我来说真的很好用,但一点小遗憾就是不能在平板上下这个软件. ‭。

低星评价直接给我隐藏，客服做了那么拉，隐藏评论到做得挺好。客服咨询始终排不上，好不容易排上了，一直和我兜圈子。我只是咨询什么情况，会被算作带刷客服始终不拿出相关规定，只是让我问学校。学校的信息是他们提供的，让我们有任何问题都来咨询学习通。打了客服的电话，一问三不知。向他咨询相关部门的联系电话也拒绝提供。

举例我所看选课内容《伟大的红楼梦》，每一节时间长短不一，有的短的只有两三分钟，总是内容讲不完就放完了，还要再点下一集，下一集的内容也不连贯，也不知道要看什么。课程被剪成几分钟几分钟的给人一种一直在看、在听开头曲目的感觉。可能是为了让学生不要盲目刷课而设置吗？可是对真的想了解知识的人呢。变成了一直再点下一节，一直在听开头曲的感觉。观感不佳。

软件还行，除了有时候打不开之外，这是卸载掉在重新下载就好了。
但是，关于它的登陆实在是反人类，换了手机号后登不上了，忘记密码提示要用手机短信验证，但我老手机卡以作废，换成学校验证也要短信验证，验nm。联系客服没人理，是不是请不起客服吗？需要帮忙介绍客服吗。
