商品排版排得挺差的，建议下载国内的盒马看看学习一下。然后动不动就没货也不知道什么时候补货。这软件也有了好些年了体系还那么不成熟

我买了几个熟菜，说是700ml的。送到家后盒子一拿特别轻，马上找出厨房秤来秤了一下，吓一大跳。应该是700ml的，秤下来一个359ml，一个486ml，一个426m1。也太过份了吧！心墨黑墨黑的😭😱

“I bought several pre-cooked dishes, which were labeled as 700ml. When they were delivered to my home, the box felt unusually light. I immediately grabbed a kitchen scale and weighed them. To my surprise, one measured 359ml, another 486ml, and the third 426ml. This is outrageous! You are so evil hearted.

Respond to the delivery guy missed call within two minutes. The guy was yelling at me and told me that he would deliver the stuff tomorrow because he is far away, or I find him now and pick up myself. Very ridiculous customer service.

I entered my ZIP code at the very first step and it was accepted, so I assumed delivery was available. However, after spending a long time completing the entire purchase, I was only told at the final address confirmation that this location cannot be delivered to.
This is an extremely poor user experience and a complete waste of time. If delivery is not available, the system should clearly block or notify customers at the beginning, not after checkout.
