断断续续教儿子中文一年多了，一直停留在一百多个字，学了后面就忘记前面。这款软件的算法很好的解决了这个问题，通过测试来掌握孩子对生字的熟悉程度，然后制定不定期复习计划，有时候学生字的时候会跳出很久前学到的字，然后加强记忆一次孩子就印象深刻了。
另外软件界面设计的也很不错，声音，图片能很好的加深印象。还有测试中的答对以后对孩子的肯定让孩子斗志高昂的学下去。

Out of the a lot of apps for learning Chinese I have picked this app for my daughter. I am very pleased with the results of these Chinese characters and matching pictures or animations. My 6 year old daughter loves the app, is excited about using them every day. The progress control is excellent tool for young kids, and I am impressed about the thoughtful reminders for reviewing learnt words. The quiz is extremely helpful for kids to review words and it also brings more fun. This is a great app and I would recommend it to anyone, especially working parents who want to have kids learn Chinese.

想请问大家知道如何联系他们吗？之前购买了金币，系统更新后无法login 了，按照要求填写了邮箱，说是会发链接但从未收到任何回音。只有重新注册，又无法注册，使用了新邮箱，说信箱已存在。浪费了几个小时了，大家有什么好主意吗？APP非常好，但售后技术服务太令人抓狂了！

不注册不给用，想注册但却又无法提交（提交键无反应），那让我如何用？连试的机会都没有，试了几个小时，浪费我的时间！

更新：终于注上册了，用上了，很不错，尤其复习部分，赞一个！除了有些音调不够准确。提个建议：注册密码应要有提示要求（如：多少个、是数字还是字母等），这样新用户就不会像我那样浪费时间在注册上而放弃。

这是我目前为止我孩子用过最好的学习中文系统，我家两个小孩在美国长大，学习中文老是遗忘得很快，这个系统程序让我家小孩重复学习记忆，不像之前那样老是学了就忘记. 刚开始用时有的小麻烦，但是客服非常诚恳有耐心. 谢谢你们很快地为我解决问题.
