I am a blind and autistic user from the US and I absolutely love our human apps. They are absolutely amazing apps that have taught me so much including things about COVID-19 like wearing a mask and what doctors wear to protect themselves from Covid. Also learning about what to do in case of emergency which I did no but I needed a reminder, and not to let random people look at parts of my body that I’m not comfortable with. The way that things are explained where it’s explained like he would to any other person, but yet simply and clearly in a way I can understand even if there’s some words, I don’t understand. that message works really well for me. The method of this whole company and their apps works really well for me and I love this learning method! I’ve use the math app before on android, and absolutely loved it! Ever since I got it this time on iOS the math games have not been in English and I wish you were back in English so I could play them again because it’s kind of like playing a computer game or video game. Please put the lessons and games in English again. It would really help out other users like me who this message works really well for in who want to be able to use apps that meet their needs.

本来就是想让宝宝跟着学学加减法的，可是很失望，宝宝看完软件教程后还是不会，因为关卡设计的不好，练习题孩子都是随便蒙的，没有给孩子思考的时间，也没有给引导怎么算出来的，建议一开始的计算可以题目少而精，不要三选一，应该让他们自己写出等于几，否则就是学了个寂寞。还有应该多给孩子讲解和运用凑十法等方法而不是注重游戏的花样。哎还是得老母亲想其他办法教呀

We loved this game; it was our math-loving son's favorite math learning app. There have been a lot of changes to it over the years, including a cap on levels that allowed players to play only five per day at most. But the latest update has completely removed all English language from the game, and that makes it unplayable for us. We are sad to see it go, and will be uninstalling it.

强烈建议数学可以和识字、英语一样，支持跳环节，虽然知道不过关继续学是对的，但在一关内部可以设置跳小环节，不要一直就是还在那个环节，孩子久了会受挫

免费体验的课程孩子很喜欢，想玩哪个阶段的哪个游戏都方便选择，但买了付费版的后发现不能随意选择进度了，需要按部完成前面的才能玩后面的游戏，很不方便，有些火大了，有些后悔购买了

What atrocity is this? Apple advised us to stop making purchase on this App but continue to allow it on App Store? Wow.

I really liked this app so i bought the 37$ version in the app, it didnt work at all but my money was gone. i was given a number, when i tried calling it, it was in Chinese and i dont speak that language so it didnt help with anything. i even wrote an email and been trying to contact them ever since august 2020 and i wrote a previous preview and it got deleted. i want my money back.

Paid lifetime membership. The app language suddenly changed to Chinese, and there is no way I could change it back to eng. Been emailing and the email kept bounced back. No reply from the developer via the app. This is indeed a scam. Can I make a police report ? Update: useless response. So I have to wait till july. And meanwhile my daughter can’t use the app. Even the Chinese app is also giving me issues. Words are missing! Please give better mode of communication for non- mainland users , how to call your mainland number? If not possible, at least respond to our feedback and email.

Update  Jul 2021= I can’t login via Facebook account again suddenly.. stating I do not have the permission to. No one is responding To my complaints. Really disappointed with their services and I really want to report them to the police

不像英语那样启蒙学习应用很多，数学启蒙的途径不是太多。逻辑思维和抽象思维需要更形象的方式来表达，洪恩的课程编排很不错，有循序渐进的过程和比较形象的讲解，反复做几遍再配合家长讲解，能够事半功倍。表现力上洪恩没得说，游戏级别体验，就是得监督孩子别跑偏。家长启发孩子的利器。

同时购买了洪恩数学，拼音拼读和汉字。希望数学和拼音拼读都能和汉字一样设置二宝模式，可以在平板和手机同时登陆。方便二宝家庭使用。来回登陆转换很麻烦且不能同时使用

非常好的软件，孩子主动要玩，玩过的还重复刷，直接买了永久版，丰富的内容及良心的制作，这个价格非常值。希望能继续更新关卡。另外提个小意见，现在每关的题还是简单了一些，非常基础，希望每关的题目难度能有个小阶梯，能有个一两题难度稍微拔高一些，解题要转些小弯，或者每个阶段能加几个难度进阶关卡，提高关或者挑战关，能让小朋友愿意为了闯关去主动开拓自己的思维。请程序员考虑下，家长也愿意买这些关卡

寓教于乐很不错，个人建议把玩跟学的位置换一下，对于小一点的孩子，不认识数的时候根本不会玩，先学再玩就可以啊，还有就是背景音乐的声音太大，练和测的时候，孩子稍微不仔细听，根本听不清问题说的是什么！

寓教于乐，你们做的超级好，我也很难得看到孩子明明在学习却毫无压力，乐在其中。只是收费真的太不友好了，不是说不支持好软件，属实是条件不太允许，如果说包含了乘除法，以及其他语文内容二年级正合适，我忍忍痛永久给它买下去，委实觉得内容太少了一个永久的价格来说。
期待你们有一个整合版，尤其是乘除，价格和亲民，内容丰富🤣。
