## What is Велобайк?

The updated version of the official application of the Moscow bikesharing which allows a quick and easy access to the service. The bikesharing service allows to rent a bike for a short term rides around the city. The application will help to find the nearest station with the bikes to start a ride. Having finished the ride open the application and find the nearest station with the free docks. 

Using application you can:

- find the nearest station with the free bikes and docks 
- register in the system and buy an access most suitable for you
- see the exact time and cost of a ride
- see the rides’ history 
- find out first the news and special offers of the bikesharing

1. Ошибки backend’а приложения;
2. Проблемы с отображением достоверных данных о занятых/ свободных стойках на станциях;
3. Проблемы с ПО самих велосипедов;
4. Проблемы с смс push уведомлениями о аренде, сдачи велосипеда;
5. Самый ужасный КЦ из всех которые я встречал и саппорт в целом.
Короче не дай бог у вас что-то пойдёт не так. Вы просто будите потрясены как сложно будут решить вашу даже небольшую проблему.

P.s. Треть парка велосипедов в неудовлетворительном состоянии, им явно нужен сервис.

Сервис, конечно, оставляет желать лучшего. Велосипеды часто не работают на возврат, заедают, глючат. 
Часто после возврата не сбрасывается таймер и время продолжает идти и накручивают деньги.
Пожалуй, не буду им пользоваться после окончания абонемента и никому не рекомендую. Хотели как лучше, а получилось как всегда в общем.
