## What is 新概念英语?

第一册是针对中学生和成人初学者而设计的一本教材，单数课为正文，双数课为练习课，本册只包含单数课。英语音标的系统讲解将在前四十课完成。学生通过对语音部分系统而全面的学习，为今后奠定良好的语言基础。本册的单词简单易懂，学生可以运用单词联想记忆法，迅速扩充词汇，同时还可以了解一些英语基本的构词法，使单词的记忆变的更轻松。课文的语言多为生活化的语言，具有很强的实用性，学生要充分利用课文现有的资源，首先要多听、多读，尽量的模仿它的语音语调，并最终达到学以致用。

第二册分为四个单元，每一单元的内容都在复习前面内容的基础上在补充新的内容，这样强迫我们边复习，边学习，让我们的头脑非常清晰。我们每一课的学习，都分为以下几个板块：单词、关键句型、课文（包括难点）、复习、练习、补充内容（包括谚语、绕口令等），从各方面去综合练习我们的听、说、读、写、译各方面的能力。而在课文和单词讲解中，我们将给大家横、纵向地去总结、对比、联想、补充丰富地知识。

第三册的词汇量丰富，语法经典，趣味性强，知识面广，且编排合理。人性化的扩充词汇量，兼顾汉英两大语音形式的差异及语言背后的社会和文化因素，使大家易于理解与记忆。如果说语音是个物理学问题，而词汇是美学和社会的问题，则语法更多的是逻辑内容。本册为大家准备的语法解释及其练习，深入浅出，浅而易懂，切中要害。我们还在相应的经典文章中，精彩句子的讲解中，及时补充扩展模仿针对性强的，培养英语的写作意识。讲解段落的构成和布局，纠正母语思维，进行写作思路的锻炼。
