## What is 运动员之家?

运动员职业测评及培训是国家体育总局运动员保障工作的重要组成部分，为了方便运动员进行职业测评，提升职能部门组织运动员职业转型培训工作的管理水平，国家体育总局人力资源开发中心推出了“运动员之家APP”程序，为运动员职业测评提供网络化工具，满足运动员自我定位、自主择业、谋求发展的重要需求；同时实现运动员职业转型培训班信息化管理，提升运动员保障工作管理水平。
