## What is 数字公民?

数字公民是进行身份码一码通行以及管理个人数据的工具，数字公民依托人脸识别技术、数字证书技术和二维码动态赋码技术，为每个公民签发与自然人一一对应的数字身份，在有效保护个人隐私的前提下，通过公民本人授权，可完成个人身份的认证、个人数据的授权查验和个人数据的归集，同时也能应用于第三方应用及门户的授权登录。
