長榮警備保全擁有專業的機動保全人員外，更具備了高度安全的防護系統，連結各個末端感知器材，細密的完全規劃，從現場勘查、設計繪圖、報價說明、施工說明到驗收開通，架構起一座座安全橋樑。

24小時立即有效地偵測安全問題的發生；透過遠端網路監控系統與客戶密切聯繫，隨時以高度機動保全人力，迅速處理各種緊急事件，並快速會同警方或相關單位做最妥善的服務，確保客戶安全。
為了鞏固安全網路，加強點與點之間的安全連線，長榮警備保全雙向管制中心，以精良的科技設備、高效率的機動人員，時時刻刻做好安全的第一防護！

大型電腦後端系統整合每位客戶所回傳之狀況（如設定、解除、異常發報、專斷、局故……等），24小時全天候專員監控並指揮駐區保全服務人員前往處理，同時可即時處理客戶臨時申告服務問題。雙向管制中心操作簡易的客戶端自動化訊息回傳系統，結合快速反應的保全監控與狀況處理，提供客戶端24小時全年無休的安全與服務。
