【プロローグ】
S県C村で殺人事件が発生。遺体で発見された男性は、両目を大きな裁ちバサミで貫かれていた。

「私は、S県C村で発生した殺人事件に関する情報を持っています」

東京地裁で公判中の元大学教授、関本爽二朗がこの事件の情報を持つと話したため、彼は特例で身柄をC村分署の留置所に移された。
関本の担当は、主人公・北条紗希が所属する署内の窓際部署である特殊警ら課（通称：特ラ課）が受け持つこととなる。事件資料を一通り確認した関本は、自信満々に言った。

この事件は都市伝説の怪物“ブラインドマン”の仕業である、と——。

【ブラインドマン編】
C村の殺人事件の概要はこうだ。
C村分署から程近い沢で、全裸の男性が遺体で発見された。
殺害方法が特殊で、大きな裁ち鋏で両目が貫かれている。
遺留品も手術痕もなく、捜査はお手上げ状態だった。

事件資料を一通り確認した関本が、犯人は「ブラインドマンだ」と話す。
ブラインドマンとは都市伝説に登場する架空の怪物。
深夜、路上を一人歩きしている者の前に現れて、目を鋏で突き立てる手口で殺人を犯す通り魔のこと。
C村の殺人事件はその手口に類似する。

しかし、都市伝説の怪物が現れたとは考えがたい。

シナリオの展開、キャラクターの描写などのADVのキモになる部分が微妙。特にキャラクターはかなり酷い。
立ち絵をはじめとするグラフィックも残念な仕上がりで、入り込めない。
主人公は見た目だけはシュッとしているだけに、シナリオ内のバカさ加減が笑える。
開始直後、車内の背景の上に立ち絵が出てきた時はミスマッチ感に失笑。
相手を説得するシステムは、時間制限が早すぎて吟味することができず、当てずっぽうになるので面白くはない。
