2014年にPlayStation®3、PlayStation®Vitaで発売されたホラーアドベンチャー『真 流行り神』がApp Storeに登場！
※本アプリは「ブラインドマン編」のみの収録になります。PS3,PS Vita版に収録されている全ストーリーをプレイできるものではございません。

【プロローグ】
S県C村で殺人事件が発生。遺体で発見された男性は、両目を大きな裁ちバサミで貫かれていた。

「私は、S県C村で発生した殺人事件に関する情報を持っています」

東京地裁で公判中の元大学教授、関本爽二朗がこの事件の情報を持つと話したため、彼は特例で身柄をC村分署の留置所に移された。
関本の担当は、主人公・北条紗希が所属する署内の窓際部署である特殊警ら課（通称：特ラ課）が受け持つこととなる。事件資料を一通り確認した関本は、自信満々に言った。

この事件は都市伝説の怪物“ブラインドマン”の仕業である、と——。

【人形編】
現場検証をする特ラ課。
死亡したのは村の介護施設に入っている老婆。
黒田からの情報によると、死因は心不全。
事件性があるかどうかは不明。
ふと、紗季は山道に市松人形が捨ててあるのを見つけるが、鑑識の立花から
現場の遺留品として持っていかれてしまう。

被害者は身寄りのない老婆で、昨晩は施設の部屋でおとなしくしていたはずらしい。
昔はかなり腕の立つ有名な人形師だったようで、「呪いの婆」と呼ばれていたという。
彼女が作った人形の所有者は、死の憂き目に遭うという噂があった。

紗季は呪いを信じる気にはなれないようだが、風守は呪いは実在すると考えている。
だが、作った本人が呪われて死んだとは思えない。
それならとっくに死んでいるはずだから。
