“朝阳阳光餐饮平台”是北京金和网络股份有限公司使用原创的移动应用云平台生成与聚合技术开发的第三代明厨亮灶——阳光餐饮社会共治平台。

通过这个平台可以实现消费者”手机看后厨，选吃放心店“。让消费者参与食品安全监管，用”脚“投票，市场倒逼餐饮单位为了生意，主动管好后厨卫生，这样也有效的减少了政府的监管压力。

阳光餐饮解决方案从三方（消费者、餐饮单位、监管单位）的视角设计，既让消费者利用手机APP就可以看到餐饮单位的后厨实时视频、安全资质、消费评论；又让餐饮单位实现阳光餐饮的成本低，不折腾，不影响营业；还让监管单位扩展到巡检、执法、溯源等监管业务，形成阳光餐饮、执法监管一体化的智慧城市大数据平台。
