뭐 이딴 양심없는 회사가 어딨나요 
ㅍ녹화영상이 제대로 한번 켜진적이 없어요 손님이 물건 두고가셔서 씨씨티비 보여달라하면 몇시간동안 수배번을 들어가야 한번켜지고 고객센터 전화하니까 4시간 뒤에 연락오고 뭐하는거임 ?? 공짜도 안이래

계약 곧 끝나니 바로 바꿔야겠습니다 대기업이 맞나 싶을정도로 어플 개판입니다 와이파이에서 인터넷으로 넘어가면 자동 로그아웃에 호환성도 개판이고 사람들이 말해도 들어주지도 않는 운영에 진짜 최악입니다 별점이 1~5점까지만 있는게 한스럽습니다 마이너스 있다면 무조건 마이너스 박습니다

광고도 계속 뜨고 둘러볼 것도 없는데 자꾸 뭐 가입하라고 하고 속도도 느리고, 가끔 오류 뜨고 앱 꺼지면 속 뒤집어집니다 ㅠㅠ 문제 생겨서 찾으면 충격 녹화가 아니라 하나하나 다 찾아봐야해서 쉽지 않아요.

할 생각이 전혀 없나요? 많은 이용자들이 어플 문제를 몇 년간 지속적으로 얘기를 하는데 개선은 무슨 점점 더 자주 어플이 작동을 안 하네요 이게 통신사에서 만든게 맞나요? Cctv를 봐야한다면 대부분 급히 확인하는 상황이 많을탠데 몇 번을 껐다 켜도 정상적으로 작동을 안 하는데 그냥 월 요금 받고 관리는 없는 상황인 것 같은데요

에스원,sk,세종텔레콤 다 써봤는데 케이티가 제일 구려요 설치3달됬는데 녹화영생 재생안되서 as불렀더니 2일만에 또  재생이안되고 as부른상태고, 갑자기 실시간영상도 송출도안돼요.
쓰지마세요 제발 . 매장 내에 제품 훔쳐갈까봐 cctv설치한건데 영상이 재생도안되는데 이게무슨; 무용지물ㅋㅋ
