智慧设备设施app由深圳市兴海物联科技有限公司所有，应用于物业设备设施管理，对楼宇建筑内各个设备设施进行户内户外报事报修、巡查巡检、保养、电梯监管、电梯运维无纸化作业等。为支撑科技物管的升级思路，利用信息化手段对相关设备、人员、成本、空间等逐步实现精细化管理，实现建筑设备的保值增值、物业管理的降本增效。

【温馨提示】
软件在使用过程中将持续使用GPS定位服务，员工可以选择关闭服务。GPS定位主要用于以下使用场景：
1、自动派单时，通过获取员工位置来实现派单给距离最近的员工；
2、手工派单时，通过查询员工位置和距离派给距离合适的员工；
3、实现考勤的自动签到；
4、实现员工有效工时、在途工时的自动记录。
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life。
