## What is 海西党建?

海西区域总部日常生产工作中，党员同志出差较多，不能正常参加党课接受教育，过组织生活，亟需现代化手段来解决党员同志补上党课的问题。部分同志忙于工作，无暇顾及党内各种通知及学习资料，需采取部分强制性手段。
   由于以上原因，建立海西区域总部党建系统，提供强制在线学习，书记提醒，党工委批注等功能。通过督促及强制手段，让支部成员，群众都积极参与到党建学习中来；为落实党中央及上级党委的会议决定，会议精神打下坚实的基础。
