## What is インターバル速歩?

【概要】
熟年体育大学リサーチセンターでは2004年より、長野県を中心として全国で7,300名を超える中高年者を対象に、「インターバル速歩」による運動処方を検証して参りました。

その研究の結果から、わずか6ヵ月間のトレーニングにより「体力が最大20％向上」や「生活習慣病の症状が20％改善」に加え、医療費が20％削減の効果が実証されています。
