本app将致力于帮助你在2019年里的每一天达到你的运动目标，它将纪录你每一天里每个阶段你行走的步数，距离，时间以及消耗的卡路里，一当你达到了今天的目标，它将为你提供优美的音乐，让你有更充沛的精力去准备完成明天的目标。

每个完成目标的日子将涂上绿色，已经行走但没有达到目标但日子将涂上黄色，过去还没有行走的日子，你也可以通过今天的时间去达到它本应达到的行走目标。

过去行走的情况不仅通过绿黄白三种颜色在日历上表示出来，在《数据统计》里，你可以更进一步地了解到过去行走的情况，包括行走的天数，达到目标的天数，总共行走的步数，距离，时间，消耗的能量以及平均行走速度，知己知彼，百战不殆。

本APP必须在iPhone5s和它以后的型号上才可以使用。
