This is probably one of the worst built apps I’ve ever used and it is shocking that it made it through the benchmarking phase.

حسابي تعطل من خلل في التطبيق و لا احد يرد في اي مكان اسوء خدمة عملاء ممكن تواجهها

تطبيق مميز ورهيب استخدمه من اكثر من خمس سنوات كبائعة وكمشترية كلها كانت تجارب ناجحة بالنسبة لي.

عندي اقتراح بسيط اذا قابل للتنفيذ, اتمنى يكون فيه خاصية عمل اقسام داخل كل متجر لو البائع عنده منتجات تندرج تحت اكثر من فئة بس عشان اسهل على الزبون يستكشف صفحتي متجري بشكل اوضح له وتساعدني كبائع اتوسع وابدع بأقسام اكثر

🤚تقييم جديد : مع الأسف الخدمة أصبحت سيئة من خدمة العملاء الي تأخذ وقت طووويل عشان بس يردون عليك نفس الرد الالي و مدة استلام الأرباح صارت اطول خلوها ٣٠ بعدين ٦٠ و الحد الدنى للسحب ٧٠ ريال. شركة الشحن صارت تأخذ فوق الثلاث أسابيع عشان تجي تستلم منك الطلب الإضافة الممتازة الوحيدة هي صناديق ريدبوكس.
الفكرة ممتازة و التطبيق سهل 
الاستخدام لكن يحتاج تحسين من عدة نواحي * تنويع في مصادر تحويل الأرباح* فيه تأخير في الأرباح على اساس بعد عشرة إلى ١٥ يوم لكنها تطول إلى أسبوعين أو اكثر * التغليف يفترض يتوفر من شركة الشحن * خدمة العملاء تاخذ يومين ثلاثة عشان يرد * نسبة الربح عالية ف غالباً العميل يرفع سعر المنتج بسبب نسبة الربح  التحويل * تجيك إنذارات بدون سبب

وتم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء ماهي أسباب تاخر تحويل الارباح ولكن تفاجأت بحظر حسابي 
ولم يتم تحويل أرباحي
