## What is 智眸?

智眸-租客工具APP采用房（小区、出租屋），证（身份证、居住证）、照（出入照片、视频）相关联的手段，可实现楼栋人员进出实名制化，以及管理数字化。便于租客进出，并且实现远程开门以及视频通话，临时密码开门和分享等功能。
