## What is 云章务通?

云章务通APP是一款基于云服务和智能化技术的印章管理系统软件，解决了印章管理中的诸多问题：解决印章的外带使用与专人保管之间的矛盾；解决了用印人与公司负责人不一致时，手续繁琐与审批担心之间的矛盾；解决了老板自主与公司制度之间的矛盾；解决了用印申请与实际是否相符的矛盾；解决了用印历史查询与文件成堆之间的矛盾；一言以蔽之，解决了印章管理安全风险与使用效率之间的矛盾。

云章务通APP功能主要包括：
1)	用印申请和审批复核，由不同角色完成
2)	用印申请包含时间和次数，印章使用完全受控
3)	远程申请，远程审批审核，支持实时审批和限期使用
4)	必须提交用印照片，方可结束用印流程
5)	自动记录用印地理位置，后台可查看
6)	支持解锁非受控用印模式（解锁模式）
7)	支持历史记录多维度模糊查询
8)	支持多分支的公司组织结构和多用户
