I use the app from the first day until now , more than a month. When i try to open the app it always show me the initial page for activating UBB Mobile App. The app should read from the local storage and to know that I already have an account and to show me the login page! It is frustrating, because each time i need to click on the “Info” then click “X” and go back, then only it will show me the login page ### 3/5 — Some nuisances *2025-12-19, version 6.0.0* Dear all, some items for further development: 1. Most of the time the welcome screen does not allow entry, but I have to to info, then close it and afterwards the ENTER is displayed. I’m not interested in the advertisements on this screen, so a direct entry will be nice 2. Extend the session-currently i have to prepare all of the info in a note as copying from different documents takes time and when I’m at 90% ready the session expires and I have to start from the scratch. Another option is to save the payment order as a draft 3. Description-please allow paste-sometimes writing all of these invoice numbers, dates is a nuisance. 4. Allow some special symbols as “-“, “/“. Now the date can be split by a interval only 5. When correcting the description, the cursor goes to the end of the field after every single correction 6.Allow a different filling order-I might want to enter the description first, not necessarily to start with the names and IBAN. Cheers! ### 1/5 — Ш.Ш. *2025-12-01, version 5.13.0* Ужасно приложение! Все едно работя с приложение, което е създадено преди 20 години и от тогава не е пипано и не е правено нищо по него! Постоянно бъгва, зацепва, изхвърля те, много, ужасно много трудно се работи с това пеиложение! Платете на някой ИТ специалиаст да го направи както трябва, а не да се мъчим да си платим сметките по 5 дена неуспешно! Имах този пробле с 15 Про Макс, сега и със 17 Про Макс е същото! Просто откачаш, не съм виждал по-дразнещо и по-смотано приложение от това! Някое може би понякога има някой друг бъг, но има хора в ИТ сферата, които следят за това и тозъ бъг се птстранява моментално, а в ОББ имам чувството, че е напълно обратното! Имам чувството, че се плаща на ИТ специашист да крашват аппликацията постоянно!!! Ако въобше имат ИТ специалисти, които да се занимават с това! ### 3/5 — Not very intuitive *2025-11-25, version 5.13.0* Overall - OK-ish. You can do banking alright but transactions are reported days later with confusing info: the name of restaurant differs from the actual bank account name and sets clients wonder when on earth did they do transaction X… to check your investments you need to hit NEW investment to take you to your actual client view. And when you raise a complaint they hardly send you your written complain (hoping you will forget by the time they respond - 30 days)… at least this is the experience in Bulgaria ### 2/5 — Very broken app *2025-11-25, version 5.13.0* I couldn’t finish the onboarding, had to go to bank in person so they can hook me up from their systems. Temporary change of card limits doesn’t work. Notification enablement of my card is off every time I kill and open the app again, no matter that I turn it on (I get notifications, it’s just annoying that it’s off). I can’t change my 3ds from use of the app to 3d PIN, nothing happens when I tap on it in the card settings. The app needs to prioritise bug fixing. ### 1/5 — Wire transfer *2025-10-31, version 5.12.0* Slow. Няма нужда да продължавам повече. Убедих се повече да не банкирам с тази банка след две години на търпене на това приложение и постоянните проблеми! Едит: две минути след като написах това ревю отново няма услуга и аз не мога да извършвам преводи от собствената ми сметка!!! Absolutely poor experience and it’s never fixed ### 1/5 — The worst banking app *2025-10-13, version 5.12.0* I’ve never seen any other banking app that is so badly designed, unintuitive and useless. I can write a book on all the absurdities I’ve encountered with it. I’ve actually sent my feedback to the devs but apparently they didn’t take it in mind. This app is the single reason I switched to Revolut and where I transfer all my money and never look back. I kept my UBB bank account only because I’m obligated to provide a Bulgarian bank account to my employer. ### 1/5 — Worst among bank apps *2025-10-10, version 5.12.0* Every single UX decision made here is unthinkably terrible. Listing everything that is wrong and dysfunctional would exceed the review character limit. On the upside authorising online card payments rarely works which limits spending. Not a single reported issue was ever fixed. Recently a fake chat bot is forced on you which further *removes* functionality and massively slows usage. Using it as a second factor to log into the web app uses a non-standard protocol that *reduces* security! ### 3/5 — Overall fine; Crashes for P2P transfer *2025-10-03, version 5.12.0* I specifically updated to the latest version, as it was crashing every time you select P2P transfer from the menu. With the latest version, it just ends in endless loop and you cannot use the functionality. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-10-03, version 5.12.0* It took me whole day to go through all the information they are asking for. Had to write the bank accounts the address, the IBAN numbers several times, when I tried to submit the info, message came on the screen that the service was not available at the moment. There is no online chat support at all, and payment confirmations through the app work inconsistently. Overall, the app is unreliable and very frustrating to use. ### 1/5 — iOS activation broken with Display Zoom / Larger Text *2025-12-19* The app cannot be activated on iOS when Display Zoom is set to Larger Text. Activation simply fails with no useful explanation. I wasted over an hour trying to figure out what was wrong. Only after calling customer support did I learn that the UBB development team is already aware of this issue. Despite that, they refuse to acknowledge it as an app bug. This is an app compatibility problem, and users should be warned clearly. Expect frustration if you use iOS accessibility settings. **Developer response:** Please excuse us for the inconvenience.
