昆钢“正道”销售服务平台APP是武钢集团昆钢股份公司为钢材销售客户打造的一款销售服务平台的服务客户端。客户端是昆钢成品材销售信息发布、收集、销售政策与宣传、问题反馈、发货跟踪等统一的用户服务窗口，包括客户成品钢材需求计划采集、物流跟踪、质保书查询、对账单与合同查询、余额查询、在线产品信息查询、经销商及库房分布查询等功能。为昆钢客户建立在线沟通平台，做好售后服务，方便客户在线办办理与监控业务，及时掌握订单及到货进度信息，提升客户体验，加强供应链环节上钢材产品的产供销协同，提升昆钢品牌效应。
