There are always so many bugs that I’m surprised they even released it. The previous version worked ok (with the appointment scheduling still never working properly), but most of the other functions working ok. But this version I can’t even log in using any method..! ### 1/5 — Rarely works *2020-10-14, version 2.5.1* Booking appointments and choosing times rarely works ### 1/5 — Video app failed miserably *2020-07-15, version 2.4.7* I setup a video appointment for an urgent matter with my doctor, and logged in to the “waiting room” 10 minutes before the appointment and took pictures and typed my issue in the app. I then waited for the doctor to appear, 40 minutes later I got a text saying the doctor was waiting, I then tried working with the app and it was frozen. I killed the app and went back in and the appointment was gone. The doctor did not call, he just dropped it. I called the branch and they sent a message to the doctor who didn’t respond. The next day I made a telephone appointment with the doctor for 11 I didn’t get a call so I called the branch at 11:40 and they said they’ll get the doc the message, got a call from the branch 30 minutes later saying hold on for tre Doctor, just heard elevator music until a secretary picked up and said the doctor will call. In fact, מאוחדת encounters a lot confidentiality problems, particularly with doctors who share your personal information with unknown individuals who call and give out your identity number number by phone . Or even doctors corrupted by people outside the medical system. I do not recommend this application, nor this system. In the center of Tel Aviv (מאוחדת Sprinzak 15), a female doctor (i won't say her name) shared my personal information with someone on the phone who called her to ask for information about me. I strongly advise against this application or this health insurance. ### 1/5 — A lot of problems with new iOS.
