Позор, не могут сделать нормальное приложение которое бы выполняло такие простые функции! Даже не могу зарегистрироваться потому что сообщение с кодом не отправляет приложение, несколько раз пробовали - не отправляет и все

Скачала приложение. А счёт пополнить не могу. 
Карты банков Сбер, Райфайзен, ВТБ 24. Висят в состоянии "загрузка". И дальше ничего не происходит. 
Может сумма какая то определенная должна быть? 
Или в чем подвох? 
Объясните, пожалуйста!!!
