天骄通APP是鄂尔多斯市市民卡建设有限公司推出的针对市民卡互联网线上应用的综合平台，是一款专为本地市民打造的便捷生活掌上移动客户端。作为市民卡网上业务服务大厅，可帮助市民轻松实现充值、消费、乘车扣费、购物、缴费、查询等多项功能应用，免去随身携带零钱及卡片的烦恼。目前可以实现天骄通市民卡二维码乘车和市民卡实体卡线上充值功能。
