利用して5年目ですが急に(予期せぬエラー)となりログイン出来ず。再ダウンロードしても無理。3日前に問い合わせるも返信がなくかなり困っています。

予約して確認メールを受け取ったものの、予約した日にクラスが開講されていないことが何度もあったので、このシステムは信用できません。

I reserve an appointment and get a confirmation but the class is not available on the date of the reservation. This happened many times so I don’t trust this system.

0:00から直ぐに予約時間の項目が現れず、表示されてから手順通り進むと予約済みと出て確認中にたまたま空いている今日を予約となってしまい、キャンセルも出来ません！どうしたら良いんだよ。
