中国人社部门登记的法国护照信息上的姓名是拼音字母，但APP上只能填中文姓名，导致亲友账号代办养老金资格认证时人脸识别通过，但人社部门不采纳人脸识别信息，审核不通过。

內部做的很好，辦理護照確實方便了不少，但登陸介面經常出bug, 只顯示中國+86的號碼選項，別國號碼的下拉菜單變空白，無法選擇，無法登陸。用海外號碼已經註冊的帳號得看app的心情才能登錄。請盡快修復！
還有建議未來開通更多支付方式

登录就一直是网络问题，重新注册一个又一直提示“您的的操作太频繁了。请稍后再试”。真的无法想象，咱祖国这么强大，一个面相海外同胞的，所谓便利办证的软件如此不堪一击。为何不好好提升一下用户体验？这个极差的使用感已经持续至少3年了，也就是说，这3年来，产品始终都没有得到合理的优化。仅仅只是想要登录账户更新护照预约办证，都如此繁琐困难，失望透顶。
